This is a no smoking residence.
There are plenty of grounds outside where you may smoke.

Sorry, but we do have a no pet policy.

To rent a room, you must be 21 years of age or older, and we ask that this person be in the
home when guests are on the premises.

Unfortunately, the home is not handicapped accessible.

RATES: Daily rates are also available for $100.00 a night with a continental breakfast available at 7:00.
                  Weekend rates are also available for $125.00 a night with a full breakfast will be served at 9:00 with a
                  continental breakfast still available at 7:00.
                  Rates include 12% Indiana Sales and Lodging Tax.

DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your
                      reservation. Reservations will be held 5 calendar days 
                      awaiting your deposit. Once confirmed, a $25 service fee
                      may apply should you cancel. We gladly accept cashier
                      checks, postal money orders or personal checks. Sorry, but 
                      we do not accept credit cards. NOTE: If paying by personal
                      check, reservation is not confirmed until check has cleared.
                      There is an additional $25.00 charge for any returned checks.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT: Payment in full is due upon arrival.
                                                      Payments must be made by cash, money 
                                                      order or certified check.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations will be held until 5 PM unless
                                                       notified of late arrival. Deposits will be
                                                       refunded when notified 14 days prior to
                                                       scheduled arrival, less a $25.00 service
                                                       fee. With early departure or cancellation of
                                                       any reserved dates with less than 14 days
                                                       notice, you will be charged for those nights
                                                       that the home is unoccupied. 

CHECK-IN: 3:00 - 5:00 PM. Please call if delayed.
                         Please notify us if you are planning a late arrival.

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM.
